Her work bridges improvisation, music, communication, wellness, and community-building through experiences that encourage people to feel more alive, expressive, and connected to themselves and one another. She is the creator of the CALM Method (Communication and Laughter Method) and founder of The Laughter Agency, integrating improvisation, compassionate communication inspired by Marshall Rosenberg, laughter wellness, creativity, and human connection into transformative workshops, classes, and performances. Andriana has been practicing improv comedy since 2011 and began teaching and coaching in 2013 at La Luz Studios, the co-founded performance arts space where she hosted monthly variety shows featuring improv teams, musicians, and multidisciplinary artists. Today, she continues to teach weekly improv classes, workshops, and immersive experiences throughout New Jersey and online, helping individuals strengthen communication, confidence, creativity, collaboration, and authentic self-expression through play. Her work also includes mentorship and laughter wellness programs for neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum, with a focus on empowerment, communication skills, curiosity, emotional expression, and workforce readiness. Beyond performance and education, Andriana leads an international mentorship and humanitarian initiative supporting female South Sudanese refugees in Uganda through assistance with housing, food, education, and medical care. As a singer-songwriter and creative performer, she also creates music and performs as both herself and her whimsical alter ego, BirDolphin, blending comedy, storytelling, improvisation, and heart-centered expression. Andriana currently teaches weekly classes Wednesdays at Studio 67 and continues developing workshops, performances, podcasts, wellness education, and creative experiences designed to inspire connection, awareness, laughter, and possibility.
