But this year, we're throwing the rulebook straight into the rough. Hosted by Travel Channel’s Casey Webb, host of Man v. Food, the 3rd Annual Ruth Stage Invitational is part championship golf tournament, part Italian food festival and part absolute fucking madness. Think San Gennaro meets the Masters! Players will take on 18 holes of golf at the luxurious, private Cobblestone Creek Country Club near Princeton, New Jersey, while Casey Webb and members of Ruth Stage roam the course delivering a rotating lineup of outrageous food challenges, games, surprises and other unexpected mayhem. And then there’s the food. A cannoli truck on the course. Chicken parm sliders. Endless Italian beer and wine. An elegant cocktail hour. And a spectacular Old-World Sunday gravy dinner loaded with Italian classics. But the real insanity comes at the 19th hole. The top two teams will each select one member of their foursome to face off head-to-head in The Casey Webb Ultimate Food Challenge: a gigantic ice cream sundae. Whoever finishes first wins it all!
