Pieces of Us Workshop #2: Expressive Arts Therapy with Debby Urken

A guided painting and self-expression workshop ending with music and movement. Join us for an evening of creative expression in support of recovery and resilience, part of the Pieces of Us: The Art of Recovery and Resilience community mental health art exhibition presented by Coyote TaskForce and Catalyst Creative Collective! The second workshop in a series of three, participants will be invited to express themselves through painting by experienced facilitator Debby Urken. Gentle facilitation will be provided as needed/desired. Painting will be followed by music and an opportunity to move or dance together in a safe environment. The evening will conclude with an opportunity to share and a brief closing circle. More about Debby: Debby began offering expressive arts and movement groups and workshops 25 years ago, first in the New York City area and later in Tucson. Through this work, she has supported individuals with a wide range of concerns. Debby loves to help people find understanding, peace, and joy through the creative process.
