It combines the discipline of meditation with the body's natural capacity for arousal, and it rests on a simple proposition: the more arousal we can experience while remaining relaxed, the more of ourselves becomes available to us. The next frontier to reclaim is sexuality, the most powerful biological force we possess and the force through which life is created. Two people share one fifteen-minute practice with defined roles and one point of contact, inside a precise form: clear agreements, a timer and a consistent sequence of steps. The class is informational, and everyone in the room remains clothed throughout. Q: Do I need to bring a partner? A: No. Most people attend solo. Q: Do I need any prior experience: A: None at all. This class is designed for people who are brand new to the practice. What is the VR demonstration? An immersive recording of two people in an intimate session, designed to let you feel the orgasmic state for yourself. It takes place outside the container of an OM: the VR shows the state, and the walkthrough shows the practice. It contains intimate content, it's entirely optional, and you're welcome to sit that portion out.
