Full Moon Cacao Circle & Sound Bath: Heal Within

An intimate, six-person cacao, sound, and energy healing ceremony at the Repurpose Your Life© Center. October’s theme is speak your truth. Heal Within: Speak Your Truth A monthly full moon cacao, sound bath, and healing circle What have you been wanting to say but keep holding back? Maybe there’s a no you haven’t said, a need you haven’t expressed, or something you want but haven’t given yourself permission to ask for. October’s Heal Within gathering is an invitation to reconnect with your voice—and explore what it means to stand behind your needs, your desires, and your truth. Held at the Repurpose Your Life Micro Healing Center on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, this three-hour gathering is limited to six guests. I prepare each ceremony with the people attending in mind, from the altar and the way I guide the experience to the personal gift each guest takes home. We’ll begin by settling into the space and sharing ceremonial cacao. From there, I’ll guide you through reflection, a sound bath, and optional individual energy healing through my shamanic practice. There will be room to explore what you’ve been holding back, connect with the circle, and integrate what comes up before we close. You don’t have to perform, find the perfect words, or share anything you’re not ready to share. You’re welcome exactly as you are. Your experience includes: • An intimate circle of just six guests • Ceremonial cacao • Reflection guided by October’s Speak Your Truth theme • An immersive sound bath • Individual energy cleasing and healing :(Every person will have the option to opt out) • A carefully prepared altar and space • Time for connection and integration • A shared closing circle • A personal ritual gift chosen with care for you Who this circle is for If you’ve been putting your own needs aside, holding back your voice, or simply wanting space to pause and reconnect with yourself, this gathering welcomes you.
