Fall Equinox Sound Bath in the Park

Surrounded by the beauty of nature, we will begin with a gentle grounding meditation, followed by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. As summer gives way to autumn, you are invited to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and create space for new intentions. This restorative sound bath is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you back into balance with yourself and the natural rhythms of the season. No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, along with a pillow, water, and anything else you need to feel warm and comfortable.
