NOURISH - A Women's Health Event

The evening will begin at DRIPBaR Rye, where Andrea will introduce you to the thoughtfully curated therapies and wellness offerings available at DRIPBaR. You’ll have an opportunity to discover the ways these treatments and emerging wellness modalities can complement your health, vitality, and individual well-being, with time to ask questions and explore what may be right for you. We’ll then turn inward with Nidhi, a pelvic physical therapist, for an approachable conversation and movement experience focused on the pelvis, pelvic floor, and the changes the body may experience through different stages and seasons of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. You’ll explore the connection between breath, movement, and body awareness, and leave with practical tools to help you feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in your body. All movement will be done from chairs, making the experience accessible regardless of mobility or fitness level. Come comfortably and simply as you are. The evening will conclude with Holly’s deeply restorative sound healing experience, inviting you to slow down, quiet the mind, and settle into a deeper sense of calm. Together, the evening’s experiences create space to discover, reconnect, and restore.
