What becomes possible when you learn to direct your attention and reconnect with a sense of steadiness? Join Glendalys Medina for an intimate, guided experience exploring the relationship between attention, perception, and self-regulation. Through hypnosis, sensory imagery, and reflection, you'll be invited to explore a personally meaningful sense of ease or grounding and connect it to a simple anchor (a breath, gesture, word, or image) that you can practice in everyday life. No previous experience with hypnosis is necessary. About your facilitator Glendalys Medina is a certified Ericksonian hypnotist and NLP practitioner, a Rome Prize Winner and Jerome Hill Fellow, and a faculty member at the School of Visual Arts with over 18 years of teaching experience. Medina's artwork is held in the collections of the Library of Congress, Pérez Art Museum Miami, the Studio Museum in Harlem, and El Museo del Barrio.
