Sound Bath for Reflection and Renewal

A peaceful sound bath aligned with December’s theme of reflection and renewal. December invites reflection, release, deep rest, and renewal. It is a month for closing energetic loops, acknowledging your journey, and preparing the inner soil for the new year. Sound Bath for Reflection and Renewal creates a soft, contemplative space to unwind, reflect, and realign with your deepest self. In this 90 minute session, Isabel guides you through a restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding percussion. The sound vibrations gently calm the nervous system, dissolve lingering tension, and create space for clarity and peace. Throughout the journey, Isabel weaves December’s themes of reflection, renewal, closure, rest, and resetting, inviting you to honor what the year has held and release what no longer needs to be carried forward. The session supports you in returning to stillness, listening inward, and preparing for the beginning of a new cycle. This sound bath is restful, nurturing, and perfect for year-end integration. ✨ What’s Included • 90 minute in-person sound bath • Guided meditation • December reflection and renewal themes • Energetic clearing • Deep rest and nervous system support • Held inside the Positivity Pavilion 💫Who This Is For • Anyone craving peaceful introspection • Magic Makers preparing to transition into a new year • Folks wanting to release stress and emotional residue • Participants seeking grounding and renewal • Beginners and experienced sound bath lovers Facilitator – Isabel Isabel is an intuitive sound healer known for her deeply calming, grounding presence.
