Community Dance with Angela Move, laugh, and celebrate together as WERQ Instructir Angela leads an energetic community dance experience that’s welcoming to every body and every level. Music by Mykel Teen DJ with a ton of talent will build the musical atmosphere Paint and Sit led by Shannah Marzuq. Bring your blanket or borrow one of our yoga mats while you get your creativity on Plus- Fresh fruit, ice cold water , community, creativity, and good vibes. The beginner friendly yoga is for everybody. Dress comfortably, if you don't have a yoga mat, bring a blanket or you are welcome to borrow one of our mats.
