Join Luna Serenity for a candlelit sound bath, an immersive experience designed to help you step out of the pace of everyday life and create space for your nervous system to settle. We’ll begin with a short grounding practice to help you arrive in your body and transition into rest. From there, you’ll get comfortable and receive an extended sound meditation featuring crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. The sounds and vibrations offer a gentle focal point for the mind while creating an environment that may support relaxation, regulation, and a deeper sense of presence. There is nothing you need to do, achieve, or figure out. This is simply time set aside to receive. Your experience includes: • Gentle grounding and arrival • Guided breath or body awareness • Extended candlelit sound bath • Quiet time for integration • A slow and intentional closing No meditation or sound healing experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are and give yourself permission to rest.
