Mission In-Person Summit

Mission Summit | Washington, DC | October 1–2, 2026 We're excited to share that we're bringing everyone together for two full days in Washington, DC, on October 1–2 at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. After the energy of our last gathering, we wanted to create more space this time for the conversations that matter most, the ones that only happen when this group is in the same room. Here's a look at what we're building the program around: Breakout sessions on the issues shaping immigration and global mobility right now. We'll dig into the developments moving fastest: shifting adjudication trends, policy changes on the horizon, and the operational challenges teams are wrestling with day to day. Sessions will be sized to keep things interactive, so there's room to ask questions and compare notes. Conversations with former government leaders from USCIS, DHS, the State Department, DOJ, DOL, and more. We're bringing in people who've sat inside the agencies to share how decisions actually get made, what's shifting behind the scenes, and where they see things heading. These are candid, off-the-record discussions you won't find on a webinar. Member-led sessions built around what you're navigating. The most valuable insights come from the room itself. We'll carve out time for members to lead discussions on the problems they're solving, the approaches that are working, and the questions they're still sitting with. Potential meetings with Congressional staff. We're working to arrange time on the Hill to share this community's on-the-ground perspective on how immigration policy gets shaped — and to make sure the people writing the rules hear directly from the people living them. Planning your travel We'll kick things off with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, September 30, following registration, so plan to arrive in DC that afternoon to settle in before we gather. The program runs through Friday, October 2, so we'd recommend booking departing flights after 1:30 PM ET on Friday to make sure you don't miss the closing sessions. Accommodations and meals will be covered: we want you focused on the experience, not the logistics. Once we lock in the remaining details, a full agenda will follow with times, speakers, and session specifics.
