The Signature Syrup that started it all, The Founder, came to be after a family member asked me to create a custom cocktail for a holiday gathering. The rest, as they say, is history. My passion for bold flavors is rooted in my Caribbean-American heritage and travels; my desire to introduce The Black Swan Company to the world reflects my love of entertaining.
