Hike & Heal is an intentional outdoor experience created by The NubiQ Experience for women looking to slow down, move their bodies, meet new people, and build genuine connections. We'll begin with a beginner-friendly nature walk through Cosca Regional Park. This isn't about how fast you can hike or how many miles you can conquer. We'll walk at a comfortable pace, talk, laugh, switch conversation partners along the way, and simply enjoy being outside together. After our hike, we'll settle in for our Picnic in the Park!
