3 day New Year’s Retreat at Casa san Carlos

A 3-day mindfulness retreat to begin the new year with presence, reflection, and compassion at Casa San Carlos in Delray Beach, Fl. 3 day New Year’s Retreat at Casa San Carlos Please join us for a nourishing 3-day Mindfulness Retreat at Casa San Carlos Retreat Center in Delray Beach, Florida, January 8-10, 2027. This retreat is an invitation to begin the new year by slowing down, reconnecting and coming home to yourself through mindfulness practices. Rather than turning away from life, we will explore how to meet life more fully, with greater presence, wisdom, compassion and embodied awareness. Set in a peaceful and quiet environment, Casa San Carlos offers lovely gardens, a pond, and many outdoor spaces for contemplation and reflection. Over the course of the weekend, we will practice together in a supportive community and explore ways of meeting ourselves and our lives with greater steadiness, clarity and wise compassion. The retreat will include: • Mindfulness meditation • Mindful movement • Sound Healing • Compassion and Loving Kindness practices • Contemplative journaling • Vegetarian Meals • Space for silence, rest and reflection Facillitated by Cindy Ricardo, LMHC, Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Gentle Yoga Instructor and Piero Falci, MBSR Certified Teacher. Whether you are new to mindfulness or have an established practice, you are warmly welcome.
