WHAT THIS IS: Rooted in the work of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is a global and dynamic movement meditation practice that guides participants through five energetic rhythms—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—to support emotional release, embodiment, creativity, and authentic self-expression.
