FULL MOON TIERRA RITUAL: Cacao, Nidra, & Sound in the Garden

Held by Earth, guided into presence. Join us in the garden for a grounding ceremonial experience and full moon release ritual. Together, we will gather on the Earth and allow nature to hold and support us in relaxing the nervous system and returning to balance. We will open the space with copal cleansing, followed by a heart-opening cacao drinking ritual. Cacao is a natural plant medicine known for its rich profile of beneficial compounds that support focus, energy, and heart-centered awareness. From there, you’ll be guided through a full moon release ritual, followed by a yoga nidra meditation under the open sky, before settling into a soothing sound healing journey to support integration. We will close with time for quiet reflection and optional sharing. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you need to lie comfortably on the ground (such as a pillow, blanket, or light layers). This is an outsidea garden event; bring bug spray if you are sensitive. We recommend applying it before your arrival. ***Please no alcohol on the day of the ceremony and no caffeine 3 hours before and after the event.*** $45 + fees for Mounts members $55 + fees for General admission (includes garden entrance) Contraindications: Cacao is gentle, but it is not recommended for those who are pregnant, nursing, or taking antidepressants or MAOI-related medications.
