This practice invites release, renewal, and a deeper connection to the natural rhythms around us. Under the glow of the full moon, you’ll move with intention, breathe with purpose, and settle into a space that quiets the mind while energizing the body and spirit. Please bring a tapestry, towel, or blanket for the sand and a water bottle. Weather Call: As we move into fast‑changing weather patterns, updates will be shared one hour prior to Full Moon Yoga.
