We will practice a powerful Kundalini Kriya to awaken our energy, clear inner blocks, and expand our capacity to receive. We’ll then move into deep relaxation accompanied by the healing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls. ✨ Come exactly as you are. No previous Kundalini Yoga experience is necessary. What is Kundalini Yoga? Kundalini Yoga is a practice rooted in ancient yogic traditions and teachings, often described as a technology of awareness. It brings together movement, postures, conscious breathing, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation into a powerful and integrated practice. The word kundalini refers to the latent energy or potential within each human being. Through specific practices called kriyas, Kundalini Yoga works with the body, breath, mind, and attention to cultivate greater awareness, vitality, inner balance, and connection with oneself. You do not need to be flexible, experienced in yoga, or follow any particular spiritual belief. Come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to experience the practice for yourself. After more than 20 years in the corporate and pharmaceutical world, she left her career in 2022 to devote herself fully to spiritual development, healing, and the exploration of human potential. Her path has taken her around the world through years of study, retreats, initiations, and direct experience. In her new path, she is a graduate of the three-year School of Spiritual Healers at Damanhur in Italy, a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, trained breath work facilitator, sound healing practitioner, and Matrix of Destiny numerologist. Her journey also includes numerous meditation retreats, women’s practices, sacred ceremonies, and studies of different spiritual traditions. Amrita has worked with hundreds of people through yoga and meditation, breath work, sound healing, spiritual healing, numerology, women’s circles, retreats, and individual sessions.
