Somatic Breathwork Journey

Step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself through a small group somatic breathwork journey, grounding, and reflection. Take a deep breath. You’ve found a space where you can pause. Maybe you’ve been holding a lot lately. Doing. Thinking. Managing. Pushing forward. Trying to figure out what’s next. And maybe what you need isn’t another thing to do. Maybe you need space. Space to get out of your head and back into your body. Space to release some of what you’ve been carrying. Space to hear yourself again. Space to reconnect with how you actually want to feel. Stress, tension, and familiar patterns can influence how we feel, respond, connect, and move through life. Sometimes creating something different begins with noticing what we’re carrying and giving ourselves permission to soften our grip. YOU’LL EXPERIENCE • Grounding and intention setting to help you settle in • Guided Somatic Breathwork with music to explore sensations, emotions, and tension • Guided visualization, rest, and integration • Space to reconnect with what you want and how you want to feel • Tea and community connection after the journey - optional You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, or more connected to yourself. Your experience may also unfold gradually, with insights emerging afterward. There is no particular feeling you need to achieve. TIME FOR YOU. SPACE FOR YOU. This gathering is intentionally kept small so you can feel comfortable, supported, and unhurried as you move through your experience. Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from yourself, at a crossroads, or simply craving a reset, you’re welcome here. No previous breathwork experience is required. Sharing is always optional. Please arrive by 7:00 PM to settle into the space, get comfortable, and prepare for the journey. The experience will begin at 7:15 PM. Complete your participant waiver here YOUR PRACTITIONER Christina Maltman is a Soma+IQ™ Level 2 Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner with over 350 hours of training, a Somatic Coach, Meditation Teacher, Entrepreneur, and founder of Being with Christina. Her work blends breath, somatic awareness, meditation, and intentional coaching to support people in exploring old patterns, reconnecting with themselves, and creating meaningful change. With over two decades in senior leadership across luxury retail, beauty, and wellness, including 12 years with Tiffany & Co., Christina brings a personal understanding of leadership, high performance, and the desire for a more connected way of living. Her approach invites greater clarity, self-trust, connection, and aliveness. WHAT TO BRING Wear comfortable clothing and bring water, a yoga mat, and anything that helps you feel supported lying down, such as a blanket or small pillow. A journal is welcome. For comfort, please avoid a heavy meal approximately 1–2 hours before the experience. If possible, give yourself some spaciousness afterward rather than immediately rushing into your next commitment. Time to reflect and integrate is part of the experience. IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION INFORMATION Somatic Breathwork is intended for personal growth and wellness. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional. This practice may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant or who have certain medical or psychiatric conditions, including cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or seizure disorders, glaucoma, retinal detachment, severe osteoporosis, recent major surgery, acute illness, or certain severe psychiatric conditions. If any of these apply to you, or you have asthma or another condition that may affect participation, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional and contact Christina before attending. You are always encouraged to listen to your body. You may slow down, modify the breathing pattern, or stop at any time. CANCELLATION POLICY Because a space is reserved especially for you, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
