Holding Space is a healing centered yoga experience designed to create a supportive environment for those navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions. Grief lives in the body as much as it lives in the heart. Through mindful breath, gentle movement, meditation, and reflection, this practice creates space for emotional awareness, healing, and self-compassion. This monthly gathering offers a quiet container where participants can slow down, reconnect with their breath, and honor their personal healing journey. FacilitatorThis practice will be facilitated by Devin Johnson Carroll, CO Founder of The Monarch Movement and a student in the Hedera Yoga School Teacher Training Cohort.
