A restorative caregiver and family wellness series rooted in reflection, nourishment, connection, and community care. Indigo Studio by Nurture Together creates emotionally affirming spaces for parents and caregivers navigating burnout, developmental journeys, sensory needs, and the complexities of modern caregiving. Hosted at Plant & People, each gathering offers restorative conversation, community connection, interdisciplinary-informed support, and gentle wellness-centered experiences designed to remind caregivers that they do not have to navigate care alone. Tea and light refreshments provided. All caregivers and lived experiences welcome.
