Tap with Pax: Opening to Abundance - An EFT Experience

Join us for a chill EFT session to unlock good vibes and attract abundance into your life. Many desire Abundance, but you may not realize the subconscious ways in which we keep it at bay. Or the numerous forms of it already present in our lives. Please join us for a group discussion and guided EFT Tapping session about all things Abundance related! What is Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT or Tapping? And how can something fast, easy, and DIY help to clear physical and emotional pains of both the past and present? Tapping is a powerful practice that brings the body into a state of heart/brain coherence, and proper parasympathetic functioning. Its efficacy lies in uncovering, naming, and addressing the root sources of self-defeating thoughts and recurring behaviors. Tapping has been extensively proven to help regulate the nervous system and re-wire neural connections -- even those pertaining to lifelong issues and struggles.
