Start with jewel-toned roasted beets, peppery arugula, creamy goat cheese, and toasted walnuts, then learn the secrets to a classic Coq au Vin surrounded by simple, delicious sides. Finish with a rustic Apple Galette and clouds of whipped cream—the perfect ending to a cozy French-inspired meal. Menu Includes: Coq au Vin Steamed Potatoes Sautéed Spinach Apple Galette with Whipped Cream Like buying a theater ticket, seats in a class are non-transferable (to another date) & non-refundable unless Southern Home & Kitchen cancels the class.
