Instructor: Dianne McConnell Learn and practice proper knife techniques in this popular hands-on class. Each participant will receive a FREE 8" HAMMER STAHL CHEF’S KNIFE (valued at $89) in addition to a full meal, so come hungry! Hands-on classes are limited to 10 participants. Like buying a theater ticket, seats in a class are non-transferable (to another date) & non-refundable unless Southern Home & Kitchen cancels the class.
