From Comfort to Aliveness: An Interactive Workshop

Reconnect with what you truly want, move beyond what’s keeping you stuck, and take your next step even without all the answers. Are you living the life you actually want, or simply the life you’ve gotten used to? Maybe you’re unhappy and tired of living this way. Maybe your life is good, but you still don’t feel fulfilled. Maybe you’re going through the motions instead of really living. Maybe you know what you want, but you’re afraid to go after it. Maybe you want something different, but you don’t know what that is yet. From Comfort to Aliveness is an interactive workshop about what it takes to create a life that makes you feel alive. Together, we’ll explore what you truly want, what it takes to go after it, how to let go of needing to know exactly how it'll happen, and who you need to become along the way. This isn’t a workshop where you’ll just sit and listen. There’ll be stories, quiet moments to reflect and write, opportunities to connect with others, and exercises that get you out of your head and into the experience. The goal isn’t for you to leave with your whole life figured out. It’s for you to leave ready to live it differently by paying attention to what makes you feel alive, being willing to choose differently, letting go of needing all the answers, and continuing to move toward the life you want.
