Brew Yoga

An hour-long mixed-level yoga flow with good vibes to improve your mind, body, and soul. Join us this November to show gratitude for your mind, body, and soul. Our Brew Yoga will consist of an hour-long mixed-level cozy yoga flow followed by a cold brew and good company. Celebrate your blessings with a mindful movement that allows you to pause, move, and sip. This event is sure to leave you feeling grounded, strong, and refreshed. Each attendee will receive a post-class drink of choice (beer, hard cider, hard seltzer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage). Not able to stay for a libation? Your included beer token can be used to purchase Seven Saws merchandise, beer to-go, or just exchange for a Seven Saws gift card to use at a later time. Space is limited so sign up quickly because this will be the only time you can lay on the bar floor and not get kicked out!
