• Zero pressure. Stay for 15 minutes or the full 4 hours. Sitting in quiet listening is just as welcome as chanting along. • What to bring: A cushion, Yoga mat, blanket-or just yourself. • Rain Policy: If 24 hours prior to event heavy storms are predicted we will cancel. We wil not cancel for light rain. Bring a poncho or tarp if you intend to sit on the ground, or bring a chair.
