Whether you’re new to yoga or just need a moment to pause, this class is for you. ✨ What to Expect: • Gentle, restorative flow (perfect for beginners) • Breathwork & mindful movement • A calming and welcoming environment This class may include light encouragement inspired by scripture and faith-based reflections, shared in an inclusive and open way for all. 🧘🏽‍♀️ You may bring water and a small blanket . Mats will be provided 📍 BYOC – Livonia, MI ⏰ 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM 🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING 🚨 ADULTS ONLY — NO CHILDREN/PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.There will be NO WALK-INS AND NO PAYING AT THE DOOR. Your spot is only confirmed once you have registered and paid through Eventbrite.
