Whether you’re new to yoga or just need a moment to pause, this class is for you. ✨ What to Expect: • Gentle, restorative flow (perfect for beginners) • Breathwork & mindful movement • A calming and welcoming environment This class may include light encouragement inspired by scripture and faith-based reflections, shared in an inclusive and open way for all. 🧘🏽‍♀️ You may bring water and a small blanket . Mats will be provided 📍 BYOC – Livonia, MI ⏰ 7:45 PM – 8:30 PM 🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING 🚨 ADULTS ONLY — NO CHILDREN/PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.There will be NO WALK-INS AND NO PAYING AT THE DOOR. Your spot is only confirmed once you have registered and paid through Eventbrite. Please do not bring children or unregistered guests to class. Due to limited space and the structure of the class, exceptions cannot be made.
