You'll paint a custom rug — with your hands, at your own pace — while your body finally gets permission to exhale. This isn't a paint night. There's no performance here. No comparing. No rushing. Just you, a brush, and two hours designed specifically to bring your system down from survival mode and back into something that feels like you. What to Expect You'll arrive to a space that's already working on your behalf — soft light, intentional sound, your canvas waiting. Before we pick up a single brush, we drop in.
