Through the resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, Full Moon bowls, gongs and other resonant instruments, you will be immersed in layers of sound and vibration as the journey unfolds through moments of grounding, relaxation, sound immersion, stillness and gentle integration. Some sounds may be deep, sustained, high-pitched or occasionally loud, and vibrations may be physically noticeable. If you are particularly sensitive to sound or vibration, please consider this before booking. You are always welcome to adjust your position, cover your ears, take a break or step outside.
