An allied health led education program designed to help older adults learn about healthy ageing, falls prevention, and exercising safely A 5 week program delivered by My Community Physio to help you in your ageing well journey. Designed to help older adults wanting to maintain their independence, people with reduced strength or mobility, or people who are concerned about falls. Join us for the full program or choose which class best fits your situation and lifestyle.
