Future planning workshop with an Estate Lawyer from Catalyst Foundation This practical information session introduces advance care planning, why it is important, and how it can help ensure your values, preferences and choices are known. Participants will explore the planning process, including having conversations, choosing substitute decision makers and documenting wishes. The session also covers other important considerations, practical next steps, and trusted resources for knowing your next steps in creating a Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Advance Care Directive. Delivered by an Estate Lawyer, this invaluable session provides clients with extensive information around estate planning and end of life documentation, and how to plan accordingly.
