AI Build Days: Learn it. Build it. Run it.

Two hands-on days for Adelaide business owners. Bring your laptop. Leave with AI working in your business. 20 seats only. Running a business leaves very little time to sit down and work out AI properly. AI Build Days give you that time, with two experienced facilitators beside you. DAY 1: UNDERSTAND IT, PICK IT, START IT Monday 14 December, 9:00am to 4:00pm, at the Marion Hotel (Terrace Room), 849 Marion Road, Mitchell Park. In the morning we cover how tools like Claude work, where they fit in a business your size, and live demos of real builds from businesses like yours. In the afternoon you use a simple framework to choose one use case for your business, scope it with Sam and Pepe, and start building it on your own laptop with your own data. DAY 2: BUILD IT AND GO LIVE (OPTIONAL) Tuesday 15 December, 9:00am to 4:00pm, with drinks from 3:30pm. A full day on the laptop. Sam and Pepe move between every attendee, helping you connect the build to your real tools, test it on live work and switch it on. Each attendee shows what they built, then we close the year with drinks. WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH A clear view of what AI can and can't do for a business your size. One use case picked, scoped and started for your business. Day 2 attendees: that use case live and working before you leave. A shortlist of next use cases to tackle over the break. WHO IT'S FOR Business owners and founders who hold admin access to their own systems (email, calendar, files, CRM). Two people from the same business are welcome. Seats are capped at 20 so everyone gets hands-on support. BEFORE THE DAY Once you register, book a 30-minute discovery session with Sam and Pepe at https://cal.com/amavis-ai-5lkf1h/exec-hub-ai-workshop-pre-discovery?overlayCalendar=true They'll learn about your business, help you shortlist your use case, and tell you exactly what to set up before the day. YOUR FACILITATORS Sam Robertson, Founder of Amavis, runs AI Sprints with Australian businesses across construction, FMCG, health and professional services. He spoke at The Executive Hub's AI in Action Super Roundtable in August. Pepe Lopez, CTO and Co-founder of Amavis, leads the technical side: connecting tools and data, and solving the edge cases that come up when you build on real systems. WHAT TO BRING A laptop you have admin access to, logins for your email, calendar and file storage, a paid Claude account (Pro or Team), and two or three jobs that eat the most time in your week. Learn it. Build it. Run it.
