🌿 Breathe to Bloom – Women’s Circle Located in Mount Crawford Forest (More details to come) I created this because I was tired of holding everything alone. Tired of being the strong one. Tired of pushing through exhaustion. Tired of pretending I was fine. We are not meant to do life solo. For two hours in a serene forest, you get to exhale. ✨ Breakthrough breathwork (beginners welcome) ✨ Guided meditation ✨ Sound bath ✨ Real connection ✨ Women supporting women No performing. No fixing. No judgement. Just space to soften. Space to feel. Space to be supported. If you’re carrying more than people realise… this is for you. Come breathe. Come be held. 🌿
