Chair Yoga with Lou (West Lakes)

A gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance. Suitable for a wide range of abilities. Connect and unwind at these gentle yoga sessions facilited by experienced yoga instructor, Lou Ruggeri. In Chair Yoga, you’ll be seated or standing braced by a chair throughout the session. We will incorporate breath work and meditation techniques to calm not only the physical body but also our mind. No experience required. Bring your smile and be willing to create new connections. Weekly, Wednesdays 11.30am - 12.30pm In 2025 I will also offer Restorative Yoga at this Center (more info about this coming soon). About the facilitator Lou has been living in Australia since 2006. Yoga entered my life in 2016 during a turbulent period, and I fell in love with the practice immediately.The yoga mat has remained a sanctuary where I can escape to be present and feel grounded.
