Chakradance - Dance of the 7 Chakras - Small Group Workshop

Hello beautiful soul! Chakradance is transformational! It’s a unique movement therapy modality. A fusion of Jungian psychology, the chakras, dance, chakra resonant music, guided visualisation and mandala art. It empowers you to open yourself to healing in a gentle yet powerful way! Whether you are 18 or 81, it’s suitable for all ages and capacities, using as much or as little movement as you choose, in whatever form you want to move to, there’s no choreography, it’s spontaneous, allowing your own freedom of expression. Guiding you through your inner world, assisting you to release anything that is holding you back, that you don’t need to keep holding onto, in your body, in your life. Freedom and imperfection is encouraged. No judgement. Just a space to be you! Wear comfortable clothes to allow freedom of movement, feet are bare. The floor is carpeted, the room is warm and cocooning. Please ensure your phone is on silent before entering. Parking is available on the street. This is a workshop for 1-3 participants for those who prefer a more individualised experience. Full address will be provided once ticket has been purchased.
