Come Home to yourself FINAL SESSION FOR 2026

Come Home to Yourself What would change if you felt just 5% more grounded this week? Life has a way of pulling us in every direction. Between work, family, responsibilities and the constant noise of everyday life, it's easy to lose touch with yourself. This women's circle is an invitation to gently pause. Together we'll create a warm, nurturing space where you can step away from the busyness, soften your nervous system and reconnect with the calm that already exists within you. Throughout the evening you'll be guided through gentle mindfulness, grounding practices, guided relaxation, reflection and meaningful moments of stillness. There is no pressure to share, no expectation to perform and nothing you need to be good at. Simply come exactly as you are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected or simply longing for a little more space to breathe, this evening is for you. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, deeply supported and with simple practices you can take home and return to whenever life feels full again. I can't wait to welcome you into this beautiful space.
