Wellness Workshop at Tide

We’re so excited to welcome our community to a fun and interactive wellness workshop designed to bring people together, learn something new, and feel genuinely supported in their health journey whatever stage you are at. During the event, you’ll hear from a variety of speakers including our Osteopaths, a naturopath, dietitian, counsellor, and a special guest speaker from KORA Wellness co. Each will bring a unique perspective, sharing practical, real-world insights to help you better understand and support your body, mind, and overall wellbeing. This won’t just be a sit-and-listen style event - expect an interactive, engaging experience with opportunities to ask questions, connect, and take away simple tools you can actually use in everyday life. You’ll also be well looked after with a delicious lunch and refreshments lovingly prepared by Cook with Jess, our in-house chef and dietitian. There will be nourishing snacks throughout the day, as well as thoughtful goodies to take home so the experience continues well beyond the workshop itself. More than anything, this day is about community - coming together, learning from one another, and creating space to feel supported, informed, and inspired. We can’t wait to share it with you.
