Family Constellation Workshop

Family Constellations is a systemic, experiential, brief and profound process that taps into the unconscious. It is a powerful way to tap into what holds you back from reaching your potential in terms of relationship and business success and wellness. . Founded in the 1990’s by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist, family therapist and former Catholic priest. Family Constellation can reveal family dynamics and personal experiences that lie in your unconscious, affecting your emotional state, self-esteem, habits and behaviors. It’s an experiential process that facilitates acceptance for what is, gratitude for what was and what we have and love in ourselves and others. The process enables a deep understanding of relationships both within and without our family circle, going beyond conversation to utilise body sensing and energetics to reach the hidden dynamics of our issues and emotional entanglements that hold us back from living the life we deserve. Maybe a parent or a child died early, someone went missing in the family and was not spoken about or a parent was excluded with no access to children; or maybe someone committed a crime and never paid for it. These people or events can cause an energy block in a family system. Unconsciously this pattern can play out in later generations, even if we know no history of the first event. Then a child comes along generations later and feels the same dynamics from the past but has no conscious understanding of their feelings. Often seeking help for their feelings as they feel so real for them, but what if they were not your feelings, your story, your struggles and you were carrying them for the bigger family system.
