During this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to make two different styles of fetta, exploring how different cheesemaking techniques can change the texture, flavour and finished cheese. We’ll guide you through the process step-by-step — from preparing the milk and adding cultures and rennet, through to cutting, draining, salting and finishing your fetta. Fetta Sensory Session We’ll also enjoy a guided fetta sensory session, tasting and comparing different styles of fetta while exploring flavour, saltiness, acidity, aroma and texture. Your workshop includes: • Hands-on cheesemaking • Making two different styles of fetta • Guided fetta sensory and tasting session • Recipes and cheesemaking notes • All ingredients and equipment supplied • Cheese to take home No previous cheesemaking experience is needed.
