What to expect Through a carefully guided combination of reflection and creative art therapy, you will be invited to pause and and explore what holds meaning for you at this point in your life. Using collage, paints, and your innate creative expression, you will create something personal that reflects your own perspective, priorities and sense of what matters without needing to explain, justify or even fully understand it as you begin. The process is gentle, intuitive and entirely your own. There is no right or wrong outcome, no artistic standard to meet and no pressure to share more than you wish. Sometimes what matters most becomes clearer when we give ourselves the space to see it differently. About your facilitator Carolyn Rayner is a Qualified Creative Art Therapist, experienced facilitator and strategic leader with more than three decades of professional experience working with people across corporate, community and for-purpose organisations. Throughout her career, Carolyn has worked in senior leadership and facilitation roles where understanding people, creating connection, navigating change and enabling meaningful and sustainable progression have been central to her work. Her approach to creative art therapy brings together this depth of professional experience with training in holistic integrated creative therapies and a strong interest in how creativity can help us access thoughts, feelings and perspectives that words alone do not always reach. Carolyn has designed and facilitated reflective and creative workshops for both professional and community groups, exploring areas including wellbeing, emotional intelligence, individual and team values, connection and self-expression. Her facilitation style is warm, thoughtful and person-centred. She creates a structured yet relaxed environment where participants can feel comfortable exploring at their own pace, without judgement or expectation. For Carolyn, creative art therapy is not about artistic ability. It is about creating the space to pause, reflect, see things differently and discover what may already be within us.
