This is a carefully curated 4-hour journey bringing together three experienced facilitators and three powerful modalities — intentionally sequenced to support deep rest, energetic expansion and gentle integration. The Experience Yin Yoga – Soften & Prepare We begin with a 60-minute Spring-inspired Yin practice supporting the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. Long, supported holds encourage fluidity, ease and space within the body — preparing you for the breathwork journey ahead. Light refreshments will be offered following Yin to nourish and ground you before transitioning into the next phase. Somatic Breathwork – Gentle & Calming Guided by experienced breathwork practioner, Kym Burls from this immersive 45 -minute Somatic Breathwork experience uses intentional breathing patterns to create spaciousness within the body and mind, in readiness for the Sound Journey. Sound Healing – Rest & Integrate We close with a 60-minute Sound Healing meditation with Chris Toms from Harmonic Essence. Crystal bowls, gongs and harmonic instruments invite deep nervous system restoration — allowing everything that has shifted to settle and harmonise.
