Yin Yoga: 90 minutes to Slow Down

When was the last time you gave yourself a true break from the busyness of life? This is your invitation to slow everything down during a 90 minute Yin Yoga session. Yin is a slower form of yoga where we hold the poses for longer (don’t worry, you’re on the ground the whole time and there are plenty of props to support you) This gives your body time to soften and let go of the tension it’s been holding onto and gives your mind a chance to switch off. Once you’re settled in, there’s nothing more to do except enjoy the stillness. Never tried Yin before? This is the perfect place to start as no experience or flexibility is needed and if you have been to a session before, you already know how good you’re going to feel afterwards. This is a beautiful gift to give yourself before you give your energy to everyone else this Festive Season.
