JOIN MARK KLUWER at ELEVATED SPRINGS and... 'Come as You Are' We will breathe, unwind and reconnect with ourselves. The day will go like this... - we will be in nature, - experience the power of the breath through a guided meditation in the tipi [weather permitting] - you will be invited to do some cold therapy - experience the hand built stone sweat lodge - try the magnesium plunge pipe - enjoy the wood fired hot tub - we will share morning tea and a delicious nourishing lunch [all food will be GF - Veg/Vg options on request. Nuts/dairy/eggs will be used] Please let us know if you have any dietry requirements, we are happy to accomodate! This event is for ALL to enjoy! [18 years and over] Most importantly, you will be provided with the space to guide your own journey and leave with a feeling of strength, inner peace and clarity for the journey ahead. What to bring- bathers, towel, water bottle, thongs as it is rocky in parts.
