9D Somatic Breathwork: The awakening

About the Event: We will start the evening with a welcoming fire circle (weather permitting) before getting comfortable set up in our home studio. The active breathwork journey is facilitated through headsets and is a guided meditation. This journey will take about 60-75 minutes, and then we come out of the breathwork and will have time to realign, readjust and integrate. What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle and a journal for self reflection. Mats, pillows, blankets and eye masks are supplied. Preparation: Ensure you are well-hydrated and arrive with a light, empty stomach to reduce nausea. Limit caffeine and alcohol consumption 24 hours before the session.
