Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep", takes you into deep rest while your awareness stays awake. It's one of the most powerful tools we have for stress relief and nervous system regulation. This 3-day CPD intensive teaches you how to guide others into conscious rest, combining yoga philosophy, meditation, therapeutic understanding and neuroscience. It's designed for meditation teachers, yoga teachers, therapists and health professionals who want to bring Yoga Nidra to their clients.
