This practical workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage finances, develop budgets, understand financial reporting, and meet accountability requirements. Whether you are a committee member, treasurer, volunteer, or staff member of a community organisation, this session will help build your confidence in managing organisational finances and making informed financial decisions.
