Free Sunset Beach Sound Bath - Peace on Pandanus

This is a FREE event where we encourage community, sharing, and caring. Join Becky on the second Sunday of the month, in a free sunset event to bring you peace and harmony for the week ahead. Experience the power of sound with crystal singing bowls (and sometimes gong), in this 1 hour sound bath. Mind, Body, and Soul Benefits: Explore the many benefits of Sound Therapy, ranging from stress reduction, mental clarity, and improved sleep to lowered blood pressure, immune system stimulation, pain relief, and emotional clarity. COST: FREE!! This is my gift to the community, to provide a space for connection, collaboration, and personal growth. It is an opportunity to explore new areas for peace, well-being, and opening the mind. MEETING PLACE: Pandanus Beach, Wynnum. There is plenty of parking along Wynnum Esplanade Come early to save your spot. BRING: Mat to lay on, blankets - you will get chilly, cushion, water, good intentions.
